BaQianCuo project introduction
BaQianCuo Salt Lake, 4,958 meters above sea level in Ngari, Tibet Province, is the first salt lake lithium extraction project built by Gê'gya County Lithium Development Co.,Ltd. The project started full-scale construction at the beginning of 2022. On May 25, 2022, the first ton of crude lithium carbonate was produced. On June 30, 2022, the installation and commissioning task of the first group of 15 electrochemical disconnecting devices was realized. On August 25, 2022, achieve an annual output of 2000 tons of lithium carbonate product line smooth batch production refined lithium carbonate, marking the first comprehensive success of the application of the electrochemical deintercalation device pioneered in the world for lithium extraction in the whole salt lake.
BaQianCuo Salt Lake Lithium Extraction Project has built a production line of 10,000 tons of lithium carbonate equivalent lithium salt products and 10,000 tons of boron mineral products in 2022. The company adopts unique electrochemical stripping technology, which will play a demonstration and leading role in the development of salt lake industry in Tibet region. The construction and smooth production of the Gê'gya County Lithium Development Co., Ltd. project plays a decisive role in the second take-off of JinYuan Share.
BaQianCuo Salt Lake Lithium Extraction Project is currently the first project of the New Energy Department (in China). Located in Gê'gya County, Ngari Prefecture, Tibet Autonomous Region, China, BaQianCuo Salt Lake has a lake surface of 4,958 meters above sea level, a salt lake brine area of 152,400 square kilometers, a mining area of 24.549 square kilometers, and a mining scale of 200,000 LCE.
